Description

For the largest species in France, particularly when their colonies reach a large population, a significant chamber height is often recommended.

For keeping species such as Camponotus ligniperdus, you can unscrew the glass panel of your Small Feeding Module, add this third level (two are supplied with your Module), and thus increase the chamber height from 8 to 11 mm. Of course, this operation must be carried out before introducing your ants.

Note: The height of the chambers in the Feeding Module is less important because the ants move around without staying in them. However, it facilitates their movement and, more importantly, allows your Feeding Module to be at the same height as the Quadricity if it also has 3 levels.
