Fourmiculture works with the German brand Antcube founded by Martin Sebesta more than 20 years ago to offer this high-end to the digable anthills known on the French market. The Combi Set allows the observation of ants during the vertical galleries educational . The ants arrange their nest and define the space they need themselves: no more stress linked to a nest that is too big. It’s also more activity to observe. Its dimensions of 20x20cm ensure a large digging surface for perfect observations and development of up to several thousand workers. In addition, the nesting area integrated into the formicarium saves a lot of space and can therefore be installed almost anywhere. Supplied with accessories , the diggable nest once again becomes a must.

Decoration: We recommend spreading sand on the bottom of the terrarium and adding clean rocks and plants that are unassailable by ants. For example, the aloe selected especially for the digging nest.

Our Combi Set Diggable Nests are available in sizes S, M or L

S = 6 mm for species of small ants such as Lasius, Myrmica…

M = 10mm for medium ant species such as Messor, Formica…

L = 20mm for large ants like Camponotus.
The glass of all our Formicariums is cut according to DIN 1249 with a tolerance of +/- 1mm
