Test tube sold individually in ordinary glass, 16x160mm, for experiments or ant breeding.
Indeed, this test tube, sold individually empty, allows for the rearing of queens and young colonies with a third of its contents held in place by tightly packed cotton.
The advantage of glass tubes over plastic is clear:
