Anti-escape ant oil
Since the contact with the ant-proof oil is unpleasant for ants, simply apply it under a frame overlooking the feeding area to prevent them from leaving. You can also create your own feeding areas using a plastic container with the lid cut out in the center.
Applicator bottle included!
Vegetable oils and some mineral oils are not recommended because their odors can disturb ants. Paraffin oil is clearly the most suitable and has been extensively tested and appreciated for its properties. It is transparent and barely visible through the escape-proof frame.
Instructions for using the Anti-Escape Ant Oil:
– Apply using an applicator, cotton swab, or finger under a frame covering the feeding area, possibly vertically in a very thin layer. The width of the frame should be approximately 3 times the length of the ants.
– Renew every 2 to 4 months depending on the colony's activity.
– The oil must remain clean and free of dust to maintain its effectiveness.
Our ant farms are already equipped with an effective anti-escape treatment that lasts almost a lifetime and no additional treatment should be applied on top of the first one.
