Description

Glass foraging area to connect to your ant farm (you can also place it or create one inside). Its large size and length allow for excellent observation, making it easy to place on a piece of furniture.

Excellent base for creating a decorated terrarium, a natural and humid all-in-one ant farm, or a desert-type hunting area with sand, rock and Tillandsia.

Consider adding a glass frame or a lid treated with anti-escape oil, talc or Fluon to prevent escapes.

Ideal for large colonies of species such as Messor, Camponotus, exotic ants, etc.

Connection : 2x 50 mm holes placed 3cm from the ground from the middle of the hole (for the substrate, otherwise provide an access ramp).

Shipping note: We receive the glass hunting areas on pallets from the manufacturer to prevent breakage, then repackage them to ensure safe transport to you. Orders for "in-stock" items are generally shipped within 48 hours via your chosen carrier.

Caution: The glass is cut according to DIN 1249 with a tolerance of +/- 1mm. For extremely small ant species, additional protection against ant escape is essential.
