The HappyAnt ant farm has been selected by Fourmiculture for raising a wide variety of species with diverse humidity requirements, thanks to its 100% natural, stable, absorbent, and mold-resistant substrate. The ant farm thus offers more natural rearing conditions and promotes better ant development.

The brand : Happy Ant was created in 2015 in the Czech Republic by Martin Kust, a partner of Fourmiculture . We partnered with him to offer his modular, affordable, and high-quality concept, meeting our requirements. The module is manufactured without 3D printing for a very high-quality finish.

Summary: The Module consists of a hexagonal plastic container bolted onto a removable Plexiglas window into which the substrate is placed. The chambers formed inside will quickly appeal to ants, who can also excavate and adapt them as needed. The Module measures 20cm and its hexagonal shape makes it very easy to adjust. It is compatible with foraging areas from the same brand and connects via a magnetic system, combined with the included clips.

Bonus: A red filter is included for the ants' comfort! With magnetic attachment.

Humidity: Water can be added through the grid and will be absorbed very quickly by the substrate without risk of drowning. It lasts for several days, and the amount of water added allows you to maintain a dry area on the opposite side or not, depending on the needs of the species being kept.

Modular: the nest can evolve infinitely. We recommend adding a hunting area from the same brand using the smart connection system. You can also add other habitable modules to each side of the hexagon.
