These carbohydrate-rich jellies are appreciated by omnivorous ants such as Lasius, Pheidole, Camponotus, Iridomyrmex, etc. (not suitable for granivorous species).
They are ideally supplemented with protein (fresh insects, sweetened protein powder, milk with honey, etc.)
Easy to use.
Note: Flavors vary depending on stock.
Ingredients: Water 58%, sugar, fructose 22%, fruit juice, seaweed extract, glycine 0.5% (amino acid). Additives: citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavorings and food colorings.
Protein: 2%, fat 0%, fiber 0%, vitamin A 0.2 mg/kg, vitamin C 0.5 mg/kg.
Conservation :
– More than one year unopened
– 5 to 7 days maximum in the refrigerator once opened.
– It is possible to freeze the ant jelly and thaw small pieces to distribute once at room temperature.
