Description
Nesting type anthill with natural style and “cave” effect
An all-in-one concept for the good of your ants. With this module, you will be able to:
- Develop a young colony up to around 100-200 individuals (large species) or 400-800 individuals (small species),
- Link several modules to each other with a bridge to continue development,
- Make beautiful observations in your hands: 360° observations,
- Guarantee the survival of your ants against dehydration,
- Prevent any escape,
- Prepare the move to a larger anthill or biotope in excellent conditions.
Ideal for:
Young colonies of tropical ants (Harpegnatos, Carebara, Diacamma, Odontomachus, etc.) and European (Lasius, Pheidole, Messor, Camponotus, etc.). Suitable for species up to 16mm long.

Usage tips :
- Choose a well-sealed plastic container or aquarium filled with approximately 2cm of water.
- Be creative if you wish and create a beautiful aqua-terrarium 🙂
- Replace the water regularly, especially if ants throw waste into it to keep the nest clean.
- Apply additional anti-escape to the top of the cylinder walls on the inside if you want double protection.
- Place your nest in a warm place or use a heat lamp for optimal conditions (usually 27°C).
- Connect several modules together if you want to take advantage of this concept on a larger scale and develop your colony for a long time.
