Live plant for semi-closed terrarium

Carnivorous plant native to the USA and cultivated in France. Be careful, traps can be triggered with ants. To be used without ants or with a very small species.

Appreciates humidity, heat and light, ideal in a small greenhouse or well-exposed terrarium (beware of overheating due to the sun on closed or semi-closed terrariums).

Serving suggestion, jar not included:

Contains a pot of Xaxim (bark) naturally colonized with small mosses and plants.

Soak the bottom of the pot permanently in demineralised water or rainwater.

We get our supplies from a greenhouse renowned for its Tillandsia and carnivorous plants in Alsace.

The estimated delivery time is therefore usually 48 hours (transport) + 1 week (deposit of plants at the logistics center), sometimes 48 hours (transport) + 2 weeks (supply to the greenhouse + deposit at the logistics center). Depending on the arrivals, we may sometimes deliver a slightly different variety. Thank you for your patience to get the most beautiful plants 🙂

Maintenance tips :

• Watering

Keep soaking in demineralised or rainwater. Loves humidity, ideal for semi-closed terrariums but beware of the greenhouse effect.

• Temperature

Likes warm temperatures. Good exposure in summer. Place the plant in a cool place in winter.

• Brightness

Avoid direct sun in summer if the plant is in a terrarium. Prefer a well-lit place. Otherwise, sun possible.
