Breeding kit for Atta, Acromyrmex and leafcutter ants:
This expandable starter kit, for all types of leafcutter ants, contains, in addition to the perfectly adapted formicarium, the appropriate equipment to breed this specific type of ant . The 20cm cubes allow comfortable handling during feeding and cleaning. The large connections (27 mm) and the tubes not only make it easy to observe the ants, but they also allow the animals to carry large pieces of leaves. Stainless steel mesh inserts ensure good ventilation and are attack resistant. Even large colonies of aggressive leafcutter ants are unable to attack them. The heavy-duty hose connections are also completely jaw-proof. The thermometer and hygrometer display is inside the system, unobtrusive to ants and allows easy monitoring of climatic conditions. If necessary, the humidity can be increased with the spray bottle.

The kit is composed of a tank to raise the colony with the mushroom until a growth of several thousand workers and a large volume (20x20cm). In this tank, the hygrometry must be maintained at its highest level. Then, a dry tank to evacuate the waste or serve as a 2nd mushroom cube if a dump is proposed instead, and a supply tank to deposit the leaves whose humidity must be average.
