Description

The Heatpaxx brand ant heater is made in Germany from natural materials (iron powder, water, vermiculite, etc.) to protect your ants from the cold during transport.

Use of the ant warmer:

Universal ant warmer for 40 hours of protection against the cold.

Simply remove the HeatPack from its packaging, let it act briefly in a frost-free environment at room temperature (you can mix it to speed up the start-up) and place it in a suitable transport box.

Attention :

• Plan to insulate the animals from the ant heater with several layers of bubble wrap to prevent overheating.
• Place the heater near the isolated animals.
• Place everything in an insulating polystyrene box or roll the animal + heater set in a thicker layer of bubble wrap to keep the heat inside.

To note :

• protection against the cold decreases over the hours,
• The protection depends on the quality of the packaging, the outside temperature and the sensitivity of the animals.
• We noted a higher temperature of around 5°C inside the package after 48 hours. Example: -4°C outside, +1°C inside. Some species cannot tolerate such low temperatures.
• No guarantee is possible on the live delivery of the animals despite the use of our heater, the transport is under your entire responsibility. Please ensure the safest possible transport conditions for live animals.
• For maximum performance, use two heaters side by side.
• Sold in sets of 4.
• Discard with household waste after use.
