Description: This natural rainforest soil is made up of a mixture of sand, peat, humus and clay.
It has a slightly lower clay percentage than normal rainforest soil, but it makes digging easier and is much better accepted by ants. It is suitable for all species of ants living in tropical forest soil or, more generally, in humid tropical habitats.

Application: The digging ground can be used for the nest as well as the hunting area.

Note: As this is a purely natural product, there may be slight differences in color and structure from bag to bag.

Important: please moisten the substrate before use so that the mixture can combine and solidify. In addition, a substrate that is too dry and dusty can lead to the obstruction of the airways of the ants and, in the worst case, to the suffocation of the ants.
